Telshor
Based on information from the Southern New Mexico Multiple Listing Service as of November 3, 2026.
The Telshor area takes its name from Telshor Boulevard, which runs north and south along the east side of central Las Cruces. It is one of the most convenient parts of the city: the Mesilla Valley Mall, both hospitals and Interstate 25 are all close at hand.
Homes here are established rather than new. Most were built between the late 1960s and the 1990s, on mature streets on the slopes above the boulevard, in subdivisions such as Majestic Hills and La Buena Vida. Many have views west over the city or east to the Organ Mountains.
The mix includes single-family homes on lots of a fifth of an acre or so, and a number of townhomes. Because the homes are older, condition varies: some have been fully updated and others are close to original, and price follows.
Telshor is one of the more moderately priced neighborhoods on this site. Most homes sell well below $500,000, and only the largest reach it.
Most of the area has no homeowner association, though the townhome developments do.
Shopping, dining and medical care are a few minutes from any front door here, and the interstate puts the rest of the city within easy reach.
